TROY - The Schalmont baseball team dedicated its first sectional title since 1978 to the coach who led the school to its last one - the late Bruce Bouck.

Junior Ken Kessler pitched a five-hitter and drove in the go-ahead run with a sacrifice fly to give the Sabres a 5-1 victory over Averill Park in the Section II Class A championship game Friday at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium.
