Jingle Networks Expands Leadership Team With Addition of Key Marketing and Sales Executives.

MENLO PARK, Calif. -- Creator of 1-800-FREE411, the Leading Free Nationwide Ad-Supported Directory Assistance Service, Appoints Senior Marketing, Sales and Business Development Executives

Jingle Networks, operator of the 1-800-FREE411 directory assistance service, today announced the addition of four new appointments to the company. These additions fill key strategic and functional roles across Jingle's sales and marketing organizations, and position the company for continued strong expansion in the fast-growing market for advertiser-supported directory assistance.

The service 1-800-FREE411 offers an interactive, one-to-one communication with targeted prospects at crucial moments in the sales cycle, delivering lower-cost, no-risk customer acquisition compared to traditional media.

Lyn Chitow Oakes joins Jingle's executive management team as senior vice president of marketing where she will be responsible for corporate and product marketing, and market research. With more than 25 years of marketing and general management experience, Oakes previously served as CMO of eHealthinsurance where she played an important role in increasing brand awareness and establishing the company as the market leader through corporate communications, marketing, research and policy initiatives.

Before eHealthinsurance, Oakes served as president and CEO of Respond Networks, a service that helps local businesses connect with purchase-ready buyers, and as president of leading online marketer and interactive media company Engage Media. Oakes previously worked alongside Jingle Network's CEO George Garrick as COO of Flycast Communications Corporation, which was acquired by CMGI in 2000 for $2.3 billion.

Steve Bair brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to Jingle Networks as the newly appointed vice president of business development. During the previous five years prior to joining Jingle, Bair served as eBay's director of business development and strategic partnerships, where his primary responsibilities included negotiating and closing multi-million dollar deals with companies such as HP, IBM, Intel, AOL and Sun.

In previous positions he was vice president of business development and sales for buy.com, and held management positions at companies such as Microsoft, Meredith Corporation and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Alongside Oakes and Bair, Jingle welcomes Lisa Erich and Don Calamaro as West coast and East coast vice presidents of sales, respectively. Erich counts more than eight years of experience in the digital marketing space, having previously worked as director of sales at Atlas Solutions (Aquantive) and has held various roles with numerous market leaders, including Doubleclick.

Calamaro joins after recently serving as director of e-sales for Reed Information Services. Prior to this role, Calamaro was director of advertising sales at MyFamily.com and held various senior sales roles at Digital for Media Ventures (division of Sony), Visto Corporation and International Data Group.

"These recent appointments provide an unrivaled caliber of industry experience to Jingle Networks' already impressive team, as we continue to grow strong advertiser and consumer demand for our service," said George Garrick, CEO of Jingle Networks. "We feel that our team additions

possess the expertise and experience to further cement the 1-800-FREE411 directory assistance service as a new media channel that offers an unparalleled opportunity for advertisers to reach an engaged and targeted audience."
